The minimum cost is CHF 500.- including 8.1% VAT for 3 hours with 2 movers and a moving truck. Our quotes are transparent and come with no hidden costs.
The amount of work actually carried out during the move will be billed, rounded to the nearest ¼ hour.
In order to provide you with the most transparent and reliable offer possible, we will be happy to carry out a free and non-binding viewing. The viewing will take around 20 minutes. You will then receive the free offer.
Depending on the booking status, short-term appointments are also possible. Please give us a call.
The round trip is free within the canton of Zurich. For moves outside the canton of Zurich, the first half hour of the round trip is free.
Moving: Moves must be paid for at the end of the move in cash, with TWINT, or with a credit card. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payments via QR code can only be made after consultation and agreement with us.
Cleaning: The agreed flat rate must be paid at the handover location in cash, with TWINT or by credit card.
Moving abroad: For a relocation, 80% of the quoted amount must be paid in advance. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash, with TWINT, or with a credit card to the team leader at the destination upon completion of the work.
Our transport insurance covers up to CHF 100,000.- per damage claim, and our liability insurance has coverage of CHF 5 million.
If the move is for professional reasons, moving expenses are tax-deductible in the canton of Zurich. It is advisable to check with the relevant tax office for confirmation.
The packing material is loaned free of charge. Early delivery and collection after the move are also free of charge.
Closing a parking space for one truck costs around CHF 130 in the city of Zurich. For moves outside the city of Zurich, it is between CHF 80 and CHF 130, depending on the municipality.
We dismantle and assemble existing furniture carefully and professionally. We can collect new furniture in its packaging from the furniture store and assemble it on site at the customer’s premises.
We collaborate with various customs agencies to ensure smooth customs clearance. A detailed inventory list is required for this process.
In principle, the use of a furniture lift can be worthwhile if you live on the second floor or higher, have a lot of belongings to move and the walking route is too long or too complicated. An on-site inspection by our experts is recommended.
A cost ceiling is the maximum price offered for the move based on the inspection (inventory list). If the move can be completed more quickly, only the actual time worked will be billed, rounded to the nearest quarter hour.
The furniture is carefully stored in our dry storage facility and is covered by our operational insurance.
We professionally clean the apartment. During the handover, you, the property manager, and one of our representatives will be present. If the management finds any issues with the cleaning, we will address them according to the instructions provided by the manager, and any necessary additional cleaning will be done free of charge.
